In this context, acting on behalf of both individuals and legal entities, our Firm has appeared in numerous cases before the Council of State concerning environmental and urban planning issues relating to tourist ports.
  • We have extensive experience in providing legal support for investment projects throughout the process of their inclusion under the Strategic Investments framework established by Law 4864/2021, as well as in the preparation and approval of Special Spatial Development Plans for Strategic Investments (ESCHASE) under the same law.
