Administrative and Constitutional Law

Administrative and Constitutional Law are core areas in which our Firm maintains a strong and highly experienced team of legal advisers. We have a long and proven track record in handling matters and disputes between private parties and the Hellenic State or other public-sector bodies, representing our clients before the administrative courts as well as in out-of-court dispute resolution proceedings.

At the same time, we advise our clients on the development and implementation of effective legal risk management strategies, with the aim of preventing disputes from arising and limiting the cost and uncertainty associated with them, particularly for foreign businesses and investors.

  • Our Firm undertakes the drafting and litigation of claims against the Hellenic State and public law legal entities for compensation arising from unlawful acts or material actions of the Administration, pursuant to Articles 105 and 106 of the Introductory Law to the Civil Code, at all levels of jurisdiction, with particular emphasis on cassation proceedings before the Council of State.
  • Our Firm also has extensive experience in the law governing public universities, particularly in relation to procedures for the election and appointment of academic faculty members. We represent candidates both before the competent administrative authorities and before the courts, seeking to ensure compliance with the applicable legal framework throughout such procedures.
  • Our Firm handles matters relating to the granting and recognition of medical specialties, both before the competent administrative authorities and in judicial proceedings.
