Alexia Paparsenou is an Attorney at Law, admitted to the Athens Bar Association in December 2022. She has been an associate in “Flogaitis–Sioutis and Partners” Law Firm since March 2026. She has also gained legal experience as a legal trainee at the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Central Bank, and as a trainee lawyer at the Hellenic Single Public Procurement Authority. The legal fields of her expertise and interest include mainly public law, EU law and international law, with a special focus on contracts & procurement law, environmental law, banking law, civil service law as well as competition law and intellectual property law. She holds an LLB from the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens - NKUA (2021), an LLM in Specialized Greek-French Public Law - Master franco-hellénique Droit public spécialisé - NKUA & Université de Bordeaux - Faculties of Law (2023), while currently she is pursuing an LLM in Philosophy of Law at the Faculty of Law - NKUA (2025). In the context of her undergraduate studies she has also participated at the Erasmus+ program at the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas - École de Droit (2019). She is fluent in English and French, has a very good knowledge of German and a good knowledge of Spanish.
